Cando IT's My Account Section
The Cando IT Members Section allows our members to control their accounts without the assistance of our customer service department. Please follow the instructions below to access the Members Section, and if you have any problems feel free to contact us at customerservice@mycando.ca.In order for you to access your account, click the login graphic below and a new window will open up, allowing you to login to the Cando IT member's section. Please be aware that if you have a pop-up blocker in place, this window will not be allowed to open.
An Cando IT username and password is required to access the Cando IT customer account section of our Web site. You choose this username and password during the initial sign-up process with Cando IT. If you do not remember your login information, your contact Customer Support.
